In order to ensure maximum punctuality and safety, we ask you to arrive at the car park at least 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure.
If you arrive punctually at the time indicated in your booking, our staff will be waiting for you to open the access to the open parking deck.
If you arrive at your car park earlier than indicated - if there is no shuttle bus in front of the car park - please wait in front of the open car park.
If you arrive at your car park later than indicated - if there is no shuttle bus in front of the car park - please contact us via HOTLINE in good time if you expect a delay
After you have parked your vehicle in the parking space assigned to you and all formalities have been completed, your luggage will be loaded.
Our individual and free shuttle will take you comfortably to your departure terminal at the airport around the clock. Child seats, baby car seats, luggage or night surcharges are included.
If payment via PayPal, credit card or direct debit is not possible, our staff will make the payment on site in cash/EC card/credit card/PayPal.
