When you arrive at the car park, you'll drive through an inspection area, which will automatically scan your car and record it's condition so you can be sure it'll be returned as you left it.

Once you've parked, unload your luggage and head to reception to hand over your keys. Keyrings and other keys can't be taken, so you'll need to separate your car key from the others. You'll be given a receipt for your key, which you'll need to keep safe for when you get back.

The car park is a 5-minute walk from T3. Or for Terminals 1 and 2, you'll need to catch the included shuttle bus. It takes 2 minutes to T1 and 5 minutes to T2.
We recommend removing any hand sanitiser from your car while you're away - during hot weather it can become flammable.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of six hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 per 24 hours. This is subject to change. If you pick up your car early we can't give you a refund.

Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry this car park is suitable for all terminals. On your way to the airport ask your bus driver where to go on your return.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Transfers
It's a 2-5 minute shuttle bus journey to T1 or T2. The shuttle is included in the price and runs 24 hours a day.
Directions
- Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminal 1 and 3.
- At the traffic lights go straight ahead for Terminal 1, you'll pass the Hilton hotel on your left.
- At the roundabout, go straight on, avoiding the ramp up to Terminal 1 Departures.
- At the next roundabout take the first left and continue straight on until the next roundabout.
- At this roundabout, continue straight on, into the Drop and Go arrivals area.
