IMPORTANT: 

This agency is not located at the airport, but in the vicinity. There is a shuttle service between the airport and the agency to reach the pick-up point.

  1. Upon arrival you should call one of the contact telephone numbers: +44 7437 867289 / +44 7511 544379
  2. Once you have collected all your baggage and passed through the airport control area, you must call again one of the contact numbers: +44 7437 867289 / +44 7511 544379.
  3. You should go to Terminal 5 Short Stay Parking Level '1' Row 'A once there you will find our shuttles, the car models used are: Toyota Estima, VW Touran and Honda Stepwagon (agent will confirm model).

Meeting point


  1. Once at the shuttle, the shuttle will take you to the facility where you can start the pick-up of your rented vehicle.

  2. At the facility a field agent will check your documents and driver's license.

  3. An inspection of the vehicle will be performed and you will receive a copy via email.

  4. You can then start your rental with Free2move.


IF YOU DO NOT PRESENT YOUR FLIGHT NUMBER, YOU MUST GO TO THE SAME POINT INDICATED ABOVE. Some details about the car rental process:

  • The vehicle is offered with one fuel level, please return the vehicle with the same fuel level. Otherwise, you will be charged for the difference in fuel and a penalty.
  • Please make sure that the inspections carried out on departure and return match the condition of the vehicle.
  • Please return the vehicle in the same clean condition in which it was deliver
  • Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee being charged at the end of the rental.


You will need to bring the following documents:

  • Your credit card used for the deposit (must be in the driver's name).
  • A valid ID for each driver of the vehicle,
  • A valid driver's license for each driver of the vehicle (in case your license is in a foreign language, an official translation must be provided).


ATTENTION: Without these items, our agents will not deliver the vehicle to you.
