There is no Shuttle service between 23:00 - 07:00 am. All returns between this time frame can return using our key drop box service. Please enter the car park, drive through the damage gates and park in the returns lane. Please proceed to the cabin in the car park and deposit keys in the returns safe at the side of the cabin. If you need to go to Terminal 2, 3 or 4, please head to the arrivals via the Sofitel Hotel (level 1), and you can use the Heathrow Express which is free of charge.

After collecting your luggage, please enter the arrivals hall, turn right and proceed to the SIXT desk. Please use the phone on the SIXT arrivals desk or call +447715227955 to arrange your collection via our shuttle service. Once this has been arranged exit the arrivals hall and wait at bus stop number 2.

Please return the vehicle to the Sofitel hotel TW6 2GD. A courtesy shuttle will run from here to Terminal 4 only.

There are no parking facilities available for customers. Customers are liable to pay any passenger drop off or parking fees directly to the airport or Sofitel.
