The driver will be waiting for you, carrying ID. They'll take your ticket and keys and photograph your car. Your car will be parked for you in a secured car park while you take the 2-minute walk to the terminal.

If you're going to arrive outside of your booking times please give the car park as much notice as possible so they will be ready for you.

Make sure you allow enough time for the driver to complete the check-in procedure and take the necessary photographs of your car on arrival (this usually takes 4-5 minutes). If there isn't enough time for the driver to complete this, it may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by the driver after you have left but before they move your car.
Make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy/legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive Meteor will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day, which is subject to change. If you pick up your car early we can't give you a refund.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vehicles with 8 or more seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges.

No need for a shuttle bus, it's a 2-minute walk to check-in.
Directions
Call the car park 30 minutes before you arrive on 0121 789 9323 to let them know you're on your way.

- Head to the terminal at Birmingham airport and follow signs for the 'Valet Parking' car park.
- Stay in the right-hand lane once you arrive at the airport and follow it to 'Valet Parking' customers only.
- Go through the barrier, take a ticket and look for the designated bays.
