Take a ticket at the entry barrier, which will lift to let you through. Then, drive in, park your car in a space and walk over to the terminal. It's a short 5-7 min walk. Make sure you keep your ticket somewhere safe, as you'll need it when you come back.

Make sure you don't insert a credit or debit card into the barrier at any time or you may be charged for your parking again.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they have less than 8 seats and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Transfers
It's a short 5-7 min walk to the terminal.
Directions
- The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.
- Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
- Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long-term car park.
