Tout retard supérieur ou égal à 1h de votre heure de réservation prévue pour votre départ sera facturé 10€

Pour tout arrivée/départ de nuit, entre 21h00 et 7h, une majoration de 10€ sera appliquée.

Pour tout arrivée/départ lors d'un jour férié, une majoration de 10€ sera appliquée.

En cas de départ/arrivée lors d'un jour férié, les majorations se cumuleront et porteront le total à 20€.

Instrucciones

Show up on the day of departure 10 minutes before the time you indicated when you made your reservation,
Ring the bell and enter or call the parking lot on the number provided on your confirmation SMS that you will receive on the day of your departure,
Park your vehicle in the parking lot,
Go to the parking lot reception and tell them you are a TravelCar customer,
Leave your keys at the parking lot reception,
The shuttle will drop you off at your departure terminal. The journey takes an average of 8 minutes.

- 10€ surcharge to be paid at the parking lot for arrival between 7am and 8pm,

- 10€ surcharge to be paid at the parking lot for return between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m,

- 10€ surcharge to be paid at the parking lot for arrival on a public holiday,

- 10€ surcharge to be paid at the parking lot for return on a public holiday,

- 10€ surcharge to be paid at the parking lot for each additional person over 3 per vehicle,

- 10€ surcharge to be paid at the parking lot for oversized luggage,

- Surcharge to be calculated on site for oversized vehicles.

Please respect your vehicle drop-off time at the parking lot because it is your shuttle departure time. Any delay will be charged €10/hour. If you book for 10am, you must be present at the parking lot before to leave with the 10am shuttle. Allow 15 minutes for the formalities. Thank you for your understanding.
