In order to ensure maximum punctuality and safety, we ask you to arrive at the car park at least 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure.
If you arrive punctually at the time indicated in your booking, our staff will be waiting for you to open the access to the underground car park.
Should you arrive at your parking place earlier than indicated - if there is no shuttle bus in front of the underground car park yet - please wait in front of the underground car park.
If you arrive later than indicated at your parking place - if there is no shuttle bus in front of the underground car park - please contact us via HOTLINE in time if you expect a delay
After you have parked your vehicle in the parking space assigned to you and all formalities have been completed, your luggage will be loaded.
Our individual and free shuttle will take you comfortably to your departure terminal at the airport around the clock. Child seats, baby car seats, luggage or night surcharges are included.
If payment via PayPal, credit card or direct debit is not possible, our staff will make the payment on site in cash/EC card/credit card/PayPal.
