Please call ACE on 0131 333 4111 or 0131 297 5900 when you are 15 minutes away from the terminal so that they can dispatch a driver to meet you. If you are using a sat nav, please us postcode EH12 9DN. Have your booking confirmation and reference number to hand.

Once you've arrived at the Pick Up Zone go through the barrier and take a ticket. Your ACE driver will be waiting for you in the right corner of the zone. You'll need to unload your luggage, hand your car keys and car park ticket to the driver, whilst they will take a look at your car for any noticeable damage.

The driver will move your car to a secured car park a short distance away, while you make the 2-minute walk to the terminal.
If you collect your car earlier than planned, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of your stay. If you collect the car later than booked you?ll be charged the car park?s standard rate of £10 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/less than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Booking confirmations must be printed and taken with you.
Transfers
No transfers are needed - you drop your car off at the Pick Up Zone, which is within walking distance of the terminal.

- Exit the A8 following signs for Edinburgh Airport.
- As you enter the Airport, go straight across the roundabouts following signs for Terminal and Pick Up Zone.
- As you go through the barrier, take a ticket and follow signs to Pick Up Zone.
- Once in the Pick Up Zone go to the right corner where your driver will meet you.
- Please hand the car park ticket to your driver so that they can exit the Pick Up Zone.
