Terms & Conditions Special Offer

If after using our services Between November 24th, 2021 and November 30th,2021 you find an equivalent offer at a lower price which must include Reservation, legal metered parking, Gas and Insurance at another Rental Company, Free2move will refund you the difference.

Article 1. Refund conditions

By price we mean the price of the reservation of a vehicle including parking, gas and insurance.

The refund of the price difference is subject to the following conditions:

• The service must be identical: the same model of car of the same brand with the same services included.

• The services must be equivalent: same reservation period (11/24 to 11/30), same city

• The refund offer does not apply to rentals from Airport locations

Article 2. How to benefit from the refund

If you have found a cheaper service from an American rental company that meets all of the above conditions, you must send us your request for a refund via e-mail within  7 days of your purchase by following the procedure below:

• Make a claim on the free2move APP : Go on the “Help & Contact us” tab then “FAQ & Email contact”.

• In the body of the message, indicate your order number, the service and product concerned and insert the cheaper product.

• A refund will be processed within 10 days of receipt of your email if it is determined that all required criteria have been met.
