When you get to the terminal, pull into the Short Stay car park, where your uniformed chauffeur will meet you. You can feel safe knowing they will be carrying ID and will take pictures of your car before you leave, so you can be sure the car will be returned to you in the condition you left it. Show the driver your flight information so they can note when you'll be back and they'll park your car for you in Maple Parking's secured car park while you get your holiday started.

It's then a short walk to the terminal.
This service isn't available before 3.30am.

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

If you get back early, call Maple Parking as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

During busy times, your car may stay in the airport's Short Term car park for an hour or so after you've dropped it off or before you pick it up.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of up to midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged the standard rate of £10 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

The car park cannot accept vehicles with 8 or more seats. If you're bringing a long wheel based vehicle you'll be required to pay an additional supplement on arrival at the car park. The supplement will equal half of the total cost of the booking.

Transfers
There are no transfers - your car is collected and returned to you right outside the terminal.
Directions
15 minutes before you arrive at the airport, give Maple Parking a quick call to let them know you're coming on 01702 567849.

- Leave the M25 at junction 29 and take the A127 Southend Arterial Road into Essex - it's the first exit if you're travelling from the north, and the third exit if you're travelling from the south.
- Follow the road for about 20 miles, and continue straight onto Prince Avenue.
- Take the third exit at the large roundabout to stay on the road.
- Turn left at the traffic lights onto Rochford Road.
- At the next roundabout, take the second exit following signs for the airport.
- Take the second exit at the mini-roundabout.
- The Short Stay car park is 200 yards on your right, where Maple Parking's driver will meet you.
