Please call the car park if you are going to arrive outside of your booked time slot on 01279 680095, to avoid any delays.

Follow the signs to the Express Set Down which is outside the terminal forecourt. Park in Zone C of the Express Set Down in the valet parking area and hand your keys to the receptionist who can be found in the mobile building in Zone C of the Express Set Down.

All you need to do then is walk the 1-minute journey to the terminal.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 per day, which is subject to change. If you pick up your car early we can't give you a refund.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no vans/minibuses) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Airport trolleys are parked in the walkway just outside the airport if you need one. Don't forget, you'll need a £1 coin.
Transfers
Transfers are not needed. You are met at the terminal when you leave, and when you return from holiday your car will be waiting for you in the short stay car park.
Directions
Here are your directions to the car park:

From London:
- Exit the M11 at Junction 8a.
- Follow the road for just over 1 mile and take the Stansted Airport exit, branch left.
- At Bassingbourn roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Thremhall Avenue.
- At Coopers End Roundabout take the 2nd exit towards the Terminal Forecourt.
- The Valet drop-off point is located in Zone C of the Express Set Down and keys should be checked in with our receptionist at the mobile building in Zone C signed ‘Valet Parking.

From Cambridge:
- Exit the M11 at Junction 8.
- Take the A120 exit to Stansted Airport.
- At Priory Wood Roundabout take the 3rd exit.
- Merge onto the A120 and branch left.
- Take the 2nd exit off Bassingbourn roundabout onto Thremhall Avenue.
- At Coopers End Roundabout take the 2nd exit towards the Terminal Forecourt.
- The Valet drop-off point is located in Zone C of the Express Set Down and keys should be checked in with our receptionist at the mobile building in Zone C signed ‘Valet Parking.
