When you arrive, you'll be let in through the gate and will need to drive to the signposted Park2Travel car park. Park your car in the arrival bay and head to reception where the receptionist will confirm your booking details - please have your return flight number ready. You'll need to give the driver your keys and they'll give you a receipt, then you just need to catch the transfer bus to the terminal while the driver parks your car in the indoor car park for you.

This shuttle bus runs when needed 24 hours a day, takes 3 minutes and is included in the price.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 4 hours, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 for the first day and £5 a day after that. This is subject to change.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Electric vehicle charging is included in this package - you just need to bring the leads and connections with you.

If the car park is unable to move your car due to Ghost alarms, immobilisers, roadworthy issues, or the wrong or no key, they will charge you £3 per day.

If your car doesn't start, the car park will use a jump start pack. If you'd prefer them not to use the jump start pack, let reception know when you arrive.

- From the A658 Poole/Otley follow signs for the airport.
- Just before you get to it you will see Leeds and Bradford Airport Industrial Estate on your left hand side, opposite Leeds Helijet.
- Go through security gate 2 and you'll be at the car park.

From the A658 Bradford route:
- As you come into the airport under the tunnel, proceed towards Harrogate. - The car park will be on your right, opposite Leeds Helijet.
