The Newcastle Short Stay car park is directly opposite the terminal; the whole process of leaving your car is crisper than a north-eastern winter. All you need to do is park your car and make your way to the terminal - it's just a stroll away from check-in. And you can relax while you're away because the car park has CCTV, 24-hour security patrols, entry and exit barriers, fencing and floodlighting.

Anweisung

Take a ticket at the entry barrier, which will lift to let you though and park in the Short Stay car park. Then, it's just a short walk over the road to the terminal. Make sure you keep your ticket somewhere safe, as you'll need it when you come back.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they have less than 8 seats and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Transfers
No transfers are needed. It's just a short stroll to the terminal.
Directions
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.
- Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
- Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the short-term car park - it's directly opposite the terminal.
