You should call Maple Manor on 01582 283 050 and choose option 1 when you're about 10 minutes away. At the entrance barrier to the Short Term car park, you'll need to press the button and take a ticket. Keep this and hand it to your driver - you'll find them inside. Then follow signs for the Offsite Meet and Greet area. Once you are there, the driver will go through the paperwork with you, take your keys and drive your car to Maple Manor's secured car park. Leave the car park and follow the signs to the terminal, it's about 4 minutes away.
Luton Airport are undergoing a significant redevelopment to the terminal building and concourse and as a result there may be a delay accessing the airport, especially during peak times. Please allow extra time for your driver to meet you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times.
Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.
Please be aware the Terminal car park 1 has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

Transfers
No transfers are needed - your car is collected outside the terminal when you leave, and brought back when you return.
Directions
- Call Maple Manor on 01582 283 050 and choose option 1 when you are 10 minutes away from the airport to let them know you are nearby. - Leave the M1 at junction 10.
- At the large motorway roundabout, take the third exit if you're coming from the south and the first exit if you're coming from the north onto the A1081 Airport Way.
- Shortly after, you'll come to a roundabout and you'll need to take the second exit and keep on the A1081.
- You'll need to take the slip road on the left to keep on the correct road.
- After a while, you'll arrive at yet another roundabout and you'll need to take the third exit and keep on Airport Way.
- You'll see the Short Term car park on the right.
- Drive in and follow arrival instructions below.
