When you arrive at the car park, pull up to the entry barrier where one of the customer service team will greet you and give you a parking ticket. Keep this safe as you'll need it to leave the car park. You'll also need to show a copy of your booking confirmation when you arrive.

Once you've got your ticket, simply choose a space and park your car. Your car will stay exactly where you left it while you're away, as you get to keep your keys. All that's left to do then is head to the bus stop and catch your transfer to the terminal.
If you stay for longer that you've booked, you'll be charged extra based on the car parks tariff board. The additional charge will need to be paid at the service desk in the arrivals hall before you pick up your car.

As this is a special low-cost offer, you won't be able to change or cancel your booking, or get a refund.
Directions
- Exit the M4 at junction 33 and keep left on the slip road.
- The road will take you onto the A4232 and you'll need to stay on this road until you get to the Culverhouse Cross roundabout, where you'll need to take the second exit, signposted Barry/Cardiff airport, onto the A4050.
- As you go down the A4050, you'll need to take the second exit at the next five roundabouts to keep on this road.
- When you get to the sixth roundabout, the road will fork and you'll need to take the second exit again to keep on the A4050 Port Road.
- After a while down this road, you'll come to yet another roundabout where you should take the second exit onto the A4226.
- Shortly after, you'll come to another roundabout and will need to take the second exit again to keep following the A4226.
- As you keep on this road, you'll pass the Spice and Grill on your right, then will need to take the second exit at the roundabout.
- At the final roundabout, take the first exit onto the terminal approach road.
- Long Stay car park 3 will be the first one on your right.
