Instrucciones

Check your car in with a member of the team and hand over your keys. They'll deal with the paperwork, so all you need to do is catch the bus to the terminal - their staff will even help you load your bags onto the bus! Buses run regularly, every 10-15 minutes, every day from 4am until the last flight has landed (normally around 12.30am), takes just 5 minutes to get you to check-in and it's included in the price.
Make sure you don't call the Diamond Airport Parking before you get to Short Stay, otherwise you might end up having to wait longer for a bus. This is because buses are only allowed 5 minutes to pick passengers up and can't re-enter the pick-up area for 15 minutes.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of up to midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged the standard rate of £10 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Please note if you're bringing a long wheel based vehicle you'll be required to pay an additional supplement on arrival at the car park. The supplement will equal half of the total cost of the booking.

Directions
- Leave the M25 at junction 29, heading towards Southend/Basildon A127.
- At the Tesco's roundabout take the third exit onto Princes Avenue, signposted towards Southend.
- At the next roundabout turn left into Manners Way.
- At the next roundabout take the fourth exit onto Southend Road.
- Turn right onto Sutton Road at the next roundabout.
- Turn left onto Purdey's Way at the next roundabout.
- Take the second road on the right, onto Rochehall Way.
- Take the first road on the left into Millhead Way.
- Drive to the end of the road and turn left where you'll see the entrance to the Diamond Airport Parking car park. Follow the signs into the car park and one of the car park attendants will be there to meet you.
