Around 20 minutes before you arrive call Airparks Short Stay on 01582 825656.

Once you're on level 3 of the car park you'll find allocated parking bays marked "Meet and Greet". Your driver will be wearing a hi-vis jacket and carrying ID. They'll take your ticket and keys and photograph your car before moving it to their secured car park.

From the car park it's a 5-minute walk to the terminal.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/8 seats or fewer) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Airparks Short Stay won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 a day. This is subject to change.

If you do return early please give Airparks Short Stay as much notice as possible, or you may experience delays. You will not be refunded for any unused time.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the driver to take pictures of your car.

- Exit the M1 at junction 10.
- At the large motorway roundabout, take the second exit if you're coming from the south and the first exit if you're coming from the north, signed A1081 Airport Way.
- Continue on the A1081, following signs for Luton Airport.
- Once you have passed through the traffic lights get into the left-hand lane for Luton Airport.
- At the next roundabout take the third exit keeping on Airport Way.
- Keep following the signs for Terminal Car Park 1 - you'll see Terminal Car Park 2 first, but carry on until you get to Car Park 1.
- At Terminal Car Park 1, take a ticket from the barrier and drive up to level 3, where you will be met by a member of staff.
