Parking Procedure
Drop Off Procedure:
1. Please call Express Meet and Greet (Trading as Skypark Luton) when you are at least 30 minutes from the airport +447354596731 if you are running earlier or later than the time on your booking form you need to inform us. IMPORTANT Please do not arrive at the airport without advance notice.
2. You have to come to the pickup/Drop-off Area at the Mid Stay car park.
3. Pull into a bay and hand your ticket to the meet-and-greet driver. They will check the mileage and note any damage on the paperwork which you will sign.
4. Follow signs to the terminal - it's about a 5-minute wal

Excellent Service
The initial instructions were really good for the drop off. As we returned the staff were really Unorganised. The process from landing to driving away was over an hour when we contacted them immediately after landing. The gentleman we met spoke minimal English which also made communication on the phone difficult.
From my experience with this company is brilliant, very good service, professional and on time as well as reasonable price.
I opted for the parking service because on my return to the Luton airport I would be able to pick my car up in car park 1 level 3. However on arrival. I was told, No you have to come to mid stay to get your car. The email confirmation details state I need to go car 1 level 3. Not Happy!
